Message from the Club President

We had a great Snowflake Competition this past weekend.

Congratulations to everyone!

Our next event is Santa Skate this Sunday, December 10th.

Stay tuned for details.

See you on the ice!

Anne Bergman

President, Board of Directors

Across Canada on December 10th, Canadians will be skating to celebrate Canada 150.

Here at the Port Credit Skating Club, we will be skating too: it's our Annual Santa Skate & Party.

We invite all families and friends to join in the fun from 12:20 - 1:20.

Everyone must wear a CSA approved skating helmet. Adults, teens, kids. Unfortunately, without a proper helmet we can't allow a skater on the ice.

We suggest families borrow a helmet for the day, or purchase one. Bert's Sports is a good option: http://bertssports.com/hockey-helmets/, as is Canadian Tire.

Exception: Port Credit Skating Club figure skaters at the Junior Development level, or higher are exempt from wearing helmets, according to our insurance policy.

SANTA - Santa will be on the ice, ready to have fun and pose for photos. Bring your camera!!

PARTY - Join your friends upstairs for a warm drink and some cookies during this time. (Off ice training will start as usual, at 1:30pm.)
