This is an invitation only session for those who surpass the recreational CanSkate skating standards.

This program is for PreCanSkate and CanSkate participants between the ages of 3 and 6. 

These skaters are entering the learn to Figure Skate phase. 

The on-ice session will offer skaters group lessons in a fun environment while focusing on skill, technique, posture, stroking and power at the appropriate level. .

Skaters must wear a CSA Approved helmet, until CanSkate badge 5 is achieved, as well as mittens.

The Program includes:

• Sunday On Ice - 12:35 pm  
• *Plus one additional CanSkate Session of your choice (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday)

*Once you have registered for the JumpStart program,  you will be contacted by the Registrar in order to add your choice of CanSkate session.

Fees:

• Program fees
• Skate Canada/Insurance/Administration fee

The off-ice session offers warm ups, stretching, works on flexibility and also introduces Jump Technique.  Skaters are expected to wear athletic clothing and athletic footwear to participate in off-ice training.
